What is Anti Hotspot Tape? It is a foam backed self adhesive tape with a smooth surface.

Where should Anti Hotspot Tape go? The tape should be stuck on to all parts of the steel frame and fittings that are likely to come into contact with the polythene. This is normally the outside edge of the hoops, ridge, brace bars and P-clips. On the end hoops the tape should be placed partially around to the front face so when the polythene comes around the corner it will be protected.
